 Our Criminal Justice Department specialise in representing clients in a broad range of criminal matters.
The work of the Criminal Justice Team includes everything from the relatively minor traffic offences, all the way through to the most serious type of offence such as complex fraud and murder.
During the last three years, the department has dealt with a number of serious cases including murder as well as serious fraud and a large number of other serious and high profile cases.
The Department is headed by Peter Lazarus, who is the first princpal, and who has appeared in Crown Courts on a regular basis as well as conducting trials in magistrates courts.
We have the advantage of four Support Workers to assist in co-ordinating the representation of clients at Magistrates Courts, Police Stations, Crown Courts and the Court of Appeal.
The Criminal Justice Team hold a Franchise from the Legal Services Commission.
