Our Family Law Service offer specialist advice in relation to all aspects of family law problems.
The Team have particular expertise in the following areas:-
Divorce, Nullity and Judicial Separation Advice as to settlement of financial issues arising out of divorce and separation

• Financial disputes between unmarried parties
• Care proceedings
• Adoption
• Claims against Estates
• Injunctions

The Family Law Team consists of two dedicated Specialist Solicitors who between them have a combined experience of 18 years in undertaking family law work.
We are members of the Law Society Family Panel and the Solicitors Family Law Association. We have one solicitor who has trained as a mediator and we all fully understand the importance of seeking to reach an appropriate and cost effective settlement and of the emotional pressure placed upon people, particularly children, when there is a family dispute.
Public funding is available for clients who are eligible under the Scheme through the Legal Services Commission.
